While following in a long tradition, that of Billie, Ella, Dinah or Sarah, Cécile has also listened to a lot of blues, American pop, without forgetting all the Haitian music that her father listened to. She is also inspired by theater, vaudeville, and is passionate about songs with a strong narrative dimension that shine with their nuances, their unexpected twists, and their humor.
