    It offers a beautiful view of the north portal with a carved tympanum depicting the story of St. Denis, beheaded in the 3rd century by the Roman soldiers.
    It bears the name of the architect who built the basilica in the 13th century. The so-called Chapel "Valois", disappeared in the 18th century is marked by rows of boxwood.
