  • The association "Le Rucher audonien pédagogique", founded in 2002, brings together a dozen volunteers. These enthusiasts follow the evolution of the colony of bees, made up of about ten hives located in Saint-Ouen, in two apiaries (the Grand Parc apiary and the Debain apiary), and harvest the honey according to traditional methods from spring to autumn.

    The 2018 harvest was awarded a bronze medal at the Greater Paris honey competition.
